SightSync Monthly Subscription Agreement

Monthly Billing Authorization
By selecting a paid plan and accepting this agreement, the customer authorizes Goyone By Design, through Stripe, to charge the selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until the subscription is canceled or paused according to available billing controls.
Payment Security
SightSync does not collect or store raw card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account numbers inside the desktop app. Paid subscriptions must be processed through Stripe-hosted Checkout, Stripe Elements, or the Stripe Customer Portal.
Receipts and Renewal Notices
Customers should receive an email receipt after each successful payment and a renewal reminder approximately five days before the next monthly charge when billing automation is active.
Cancellation and Pause
Customers may cancel future monthly renewals through the Stripe billing portal or support workflow. If enabled, customers may request a subscription hold for 1 to 12 months. Access may be reduced or unavailable during a billing pause depending on subscription state.
Medical Limitation
SightSync is a display comfort utility. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace prescribed eyewear, contact lenses, diagnosis, treatment, or care from a licensed eye-care professional.
Development Status and Risk Acceptance
SightSync is still in development. The software is intended to help tune screen comfort and readability, but results may vary based on the customer's prescription, monitor, Windows settings, lighting, hardware support, and individual eye health. By downloading, installing, subscribing to, or using SightSync, the customer understands and accepts the risks of using development software.
The customer should stop using SightSync if they experience eye strain, headache, dizziness, blurred vision, discomfort, or any other concern, and should consult a licensed eye-care professional for medical or vision-related advice.
